HELLO!!! Here's a special post about 4A class chalet this coming Thursday, the 22th of January. Where: Tanah Merah Safra Resort ( http://www.esrcc.com.sg/contact/location.html ) When: Thursday, 22th January Meeting time n place: 2pm, Tanah Merah MRT station. (meet changtat there) How to get there: Shuttle bus which will leave at 230pm. (so pls don't be late! the next bus coming will be at 330pm!) Chalet Unit: 30N Teachers coming: Ms Low, Mr Wee n Mrs Yap Dinner: Order yourself! Be it Macs, KFC, Pizza Hut, Canadian n so on. (but gotta treat teachers!) NO BBQ! Provided: Drinks (syrup) Games: XBOX, WII,Cards, Mahjong, DVD player/Movies, Music, Laptops, Waterbomb, Karaoke (depending if ppl want to bring the disk! i can only supply mikes) To bring list: $5(for the chalet), chips,swimsuit(there's a pool there) ,extra money for dinner, xbox/wii games, movies, 3A class T(for signing!) IF POSSIBLE: bring cards, card games (snap?), dvd player, radio/speakers, cds, waterbomb?,game console (xbox, wii), karaoke mike or cd?, boardgames, mahjong, laptop AND AN EXTRA TV WOULD BE NICEEEE ps: this is a NO ALCOHOL chalet! alright alright! i'll update!!! xD firstly, i REFUSE to get all emo about "leaving tk" and "not gonna see you guys again". so, i'll just hold the emo post to later. i'm not saying my goodbyes yet! in fact, i have yet to face up with it! right, i know i'm awfully slow, but i'm gonna post about PROM! which had happened exactly 11 days ago! hey! not too bad xD MORNING 4:30am i woke up really early cuz i didn't finish revision for BIOLOGY!! Not really sure if many ppl know about this, but 4A STILL had an Olevel paper in the morning of prom! =( It was kinda sad, cuz we had to force ourself to study for an MCQ paper and suffer from the excitement of end-of-Olevel/prom/last day. To be frank, i didn't start studing till 9pm at night. xD Rushed out in the afternoon for some last minute shopping. Luckily the paper was easy, if not i would have hanged myself. haha. 7:45am So like paper 2, we all gathered in front of 3J and waited for the rooms to be opened. I think we all went in too early, cuz we had to wait REALLY REALLY long for the paper to start. Perhaps it's the excitement. =P i had to stop myself from jumping up and down!! Just 2 minutes before 8, the room was pin-drop silent. Everyone's eyes were GLUED to the second hand of e clock, ticking ever so slowly... The tension in the room was so intense! I almost suffocated. LOL. so drama. 8:00am Anyways, back to the paper. Took my time to go through the questions. Didn't want to end up finishing 30mins early and getting all excited and jumpy again. I know loads of ppl actually finished REALLY REALLY early. 0.o hmmmm, easy paper 9:00am At 9am sharp, we all put down our pencils/pens and in a jiffy, were were out and FREE!!!! No more exams!!! At least for the next 3 months..." OLEVELS is OVER! whooppp!" =P i was brimming from ear to ear. JOY. Took some pictures with jinyi then headed home. There was this really awkward feeling when i stepped through my house gate. I felt LOST. seriously, i didn't know what to do. what now? All through this year, i've been DREAMING of "after Olevels", "can't wait for it to be over!". But, what do i really do after Olevel?!?! LOL, i seriously NEVER though about it. so... i was overwhelmed. 9:15am Sat around in the living room, flicked through boring news and playhouse cartoons... yawn... what should i be doing? One thing's for sure. NO MORE STUDYING! NO MORE MUGGING! NO MORE STRESS! =D finally, i settled with ps1. lol. finished e story mode 4 chocobo racing (which is a REALLY adorable game!) and managed to customise my own character! wahaha =P 10:45am Had a quick shower and rushed off to get my nails done. =P Firstly, it really sucks that we had a paper on the day of prom! You have SO little time to prepare! =X i got a FULL medi and pedicure. WOW. never even thought i would get something like that! my mum rawks. hehe. The whole process was long. Nothing like what i had expected. Maybe some of u may already know this, but i'll share with the rest. Firstly, they wash ur hands and legs, then cut and file. Later, they apply on softener so as to soften ur cuticle (the skin around ur nail) and then they cut it all off, so that u get a beautiful shape 4 e nail. For e foot, they even scrub and moisturize. WOW. That actually takes up most of e time. FINALLY, the colour. ALways a base transparent layer, then the colour. 2nd coating is important and then the top transparent again. yup. Guess i did learn alot. Now i think i can do that 4 myself! including french. save the money! 12:45pm And oh no, it took longer than i had expected! kinda late now =( My dearest mother actually help to ferry ALL my stuff (dress, make up, shoes, bag, clothes and all) to me and fetched me to rachel's house. i love my mum. wait, let me repeat that. I LOVE MY MUM! 1:15pm Changed into school U at rach's home and onto a taxi to Naughty By Nature. My wonderful, most perfect and loving mother asked my aunt (who is a member) to let me and my friends(rach &cyn) to use the yearly free make over, 4 prom. So, we actually get FREE make up and our hair done BY professionals! AND, get pictures taken too! Smart right? My mum is a genius! 2:00pm First shot, school wear!!! Light make up and kinda casual hairdo. Cynthia got the most spontaneous look? xD she looked like a cheerleader! in a good way! hehe. seriously, she looked her character. All bubby and fun. =) and pretty. Rachel had a simple pony tail, which look awesome. (though she doesn't feel so =[ ) and i had my hair down. hmmm. right. just to let u know, we all didn't exactly choose the hairstyle. yup. so gotta TRUST the professionals. =) erm, since cyn didn't put much of the photographed pics up, i'll put more of that, and less of the prom pics. =) save the trouble. So, we were all acting and doing funny things. plus.. it was quite distracting with a cute guy at e back. LOL. yes rachel? =x NEXT was the glam shot! whoop. my favorite!!! which gal doesn't LOVE to dress up! it's like a dream come true! plus! make up artist to make u look beautiful! gorgeous hair! (btw, i LOVE my hair style! ) and photographer to take it all down. WOW. it can't get better than that. wait, it actually did. throw in a cute guy and now it's better than a fairy tale. *pinch myself* OUCH! okay, not a dream. xD yup, definitely e best day of my life!  our gorgeous dresses! from head to toe! xD gotta check cyn's boots out! pretty rite! xD Rachel's dress is pretty too! like mermaid! lol. i love e bottom. hmmmm. oh, and my dress... IS THE BEST! LOL. bias.hehe  from the side. absolutely breathtaking! xD main focus... my hair!!!! gorgeous rite? xD time for professional shots! never thought we could pull it through. hehe. or maybe me. didn't know what to look at, how to smile and all. kinda scary k. cuz ur just looking at e camera/wall and wondering what e pics will turn out like. am i ruining it? xD right. so i'm quite happy with what we've got. looks REALLY great! and sophisticated! it's e theme rite?  don't u just LOVE how the light falls on their skin and gives off the RIGHT glow... <3  Cynthia is a supermodel! seriously! she is. lol. bet she's making loads of money in some other country and coming to singapore disguised as a student. tsk. can't fool me! xD You should have seen... she just KNOWS how to get the right pose. i was standing by the side watching and... wOW.  me and rachel! just laughing away xD  cool right!!!! i can't believe we did such a shot! so not us. LOL! BUT, i think we look SO GORGEOUS! lol. i'm so proud of the RJC. =)  group hug!!!! i know my shoulder look kinda... weird... or dislocated. LOL. i have no idea WHY that happened. oh no. i think i was leaning back or smt. ack.  THis is my PERSONAL favourite!  and this... LOL. no wait. this should be my favourite! look at all of us!!! hello! prom coming up real soon! whoo! i'm so excited! now, loads of ppl are asking me about what i'm gonna to wear and stuff. so i've decided to tell you some stuff here. =) i'm not exactly gonna tell you EVERYthing cuz i should be a surprise!!! yup! so what about 10 hints? firstly, i'm wearing a DRESS! =P secondly, it's white ( somehow, i kinda forgot the theme when buying this dress... LOL. so forgive me xD) thirdly, i BOUGHT this dress (some ppl wondering if i tailored it???) fourthly, it's so not fit for dancing! haha! so don't try to trick me into dancing 0.o fifth, i'm obviously wearing heels sixth, i have no idea what kinda hair style i'm gonna with. he. so just wait and see seventh, most likely gonna carry a small white bag? eighth, yup, i'm getting my nails done =P ninth, it's NOT a sexy dress! (come on, it's a school prom! why would i wanna try look sexy with TEACHERS around! lol. madness) tenth, i really do hope no one else bought e same dress as me!!! =P =) k, i did give away quite alot. oopps. now, just 2 more papers left!!! it's kinda sad that 4A gotta sit for a paper on e day 4 prom! sighhh.... one less day to prepare 4 it. =( . but it's okay, jia you 4A!!!! we can make it!!!! perhaps we should take pics after the bio paper!! talking about picture taking, i really hope i take get photos taken with EVERYONE! =P lol, so if i can't find you, come find me!!! =P should i bring autograph book? LOL, nah, i'm getting carried away. oh right, does anyone have any idea what's up for prom? =P i only gathered that there will be dinner, and some dance (which is NOT compulsory). anything else? alright, i gotta get back to chem! see you all tmr! ohh! one more thing! i wanna say SoRRY to my class girls who got me presents for my birthday and i didn't get a chance to give them back! (i know, i'm a bad person...)
